The ZCM portable butane stove applies the pressure rejection system (PRS). You need to use the standard 250g gas cartridges. While the internal pressure exceeds 10kPa, the cartridges would be rejected automatically to make sure they are under-designed pressure.
The temperature may result in increased pressure in certain situations. In such cases, we recommend removing the red protective cover of the gas cartridge and turning it upside down. Apply firm pressure to release a portion of the gas while maintaining a safe distance from any open flames.
For some specific regions, refill cartridges are allowed. We also provide customized valves which would be used properly under a higher pressure.
These cartridges are thrown away when empty and come in two main types –with an integral valve and pierceable – although there are numerous sizes and shapes of the cartridges on the market.
Please dispose of it carefully. It is unlikely that they can be recycled in the ordinary way but check with your local authority center.
The standard BDP-250-A or any liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cartridges have a total nominal capacity of up to 250g net are capable with our stove. You can buy it from the market.
